Rick and Mike have done many jobs for our family and they have never ever disappointed. Had our entire living room and kitchen refinished by them, and it was by far the best experience I have had with contractors in general. They are professional and knowledge, they are in the third generation of family ownership, and that expertise is obvious when you see the result of their work. They are communicative, willing to answer questions, and they work incredibly clean they have never left anything behind. I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone, book with confidence!!!

No attention to detail and no accountability. Did not bother to pull out stove or refrigerator to strip and stain flooring underneath, leaving those areas incomplete. Once job was complete, we naturally put down area rugs to protect our new floors. Within a couple of months, we were shocked to find that the new grey stain had lifted under every area rug we had placed down, including all of our stair treads, leaving blatant yellow squares consistent with the original floor! (see picture attached) When we contacted Rick about this issue, his response was dismissive, simply stating "Oh, you can't put non-slip rugs down" as if we were to have known this. I hired Skaret Floor Service recently after purchasing an older home with pretty worn out wood floors. Rick and his crew came by next day for an estimate (very reasonably priced) and we had them start asap. The entire team was very accommodating to our schedule - starting the second floor while we continued renovations on the first floor and then swapped once the second floor was complete. This was a huge help to us so we could continue working. Rick and his team took the time to get all the small hard to reach spots as well. After seeing the final results I was blown away. The floors made the house look completely different - so much warmer and more welcoming. They look BEAUTIFUL! I couldn’t have asked for a better company/team to come freshen up our hardwood floors. Rick did a great job refinishing and matching our new hardwood floors to our old hardwood floor. He came out before hand and did a sample of sanding and helped us decide between finishes. We are super happy and the old floors look brand new. He was also prompt and came exactly when he said he would as to not delay our kitchen renovation project.
