We love Skeers Construction and their team! We started working with Stacy Albright at the beginning of 2025 to build a house close to our granddaughter. The property we chose was in a new neighborhood, hence the process started at conception. Stacy openly set expectations, reviewed with us in detail the house contract and represented our change requests clearly. My wife and I moved into our new home in the Highlands II neighborhood just over a year ago. We love our new house and neighborhood. We found the perfect size house for us with a layout that was just right. Stacy and the Skeers staff were great to work with and accommodated all of our needs.
