DJ came out to my house on New Year’s Day and fixed our furnace. He went above and beyond and was so kind. He knew right away what was wrong and went to 3 different towns to hunt down the right part on a holiday. I would highly suggest Skeltons!!

The technician showed up when he said that he would. He did a thorough analysis of my furnace and patiently answered my questions so that I could better understand what was happening/what went wrong. My furnace is fixed, I have heat in my house, and I will definitely use this company again. The cost was reasonable for the work performed.

Got a call back shortly after leaving message, technician was on site quickly thereafter. He was able to identify the part that needed to be fixed as well as install it on the same day. Quick service, professional manner, as well as great communication made this a wonderful experience despite the circumstances.
