I reached out to do a deep cleaning for a move-out from an apartment. The ladies were right on time, they made everything spotless! The fridge, oven, and my child’s bathroom were in the highest need of clean and they were beautiful. They even found a necklace that was left behind which I was very grateful for. Great customer service from Leo as well, amazing results, 100% recommend for any cleaning you may need done!

We were seeking a professional post-renovation cleanup following a kitchen remodel that left drywall dust throughout our home. We hired Skilled Maids specifically for their advertised "top-to-bottom" specialty service, paying $475 for two cleaners for 3.5 hours. Unfortunately, the results were unsatisfactory. While the upstairs was acceptable, the basement showed minimal signs of cleaning, with dust remaining on the furniture, walls, and various surfaces. In the family room, the cleaning was superficial; floors were not thoroughly vacuumed and built-in shelving was barely wiped down. When I addressed these concerns with management, they claimed the presence of my construction crew prevented completion. Initial Cleaning was great. However they will try to upsell you. Watch out for that. Even with the specials they send you they will try and increase the "work time". I requested 4 hours for $208 as in the "offer" and salesmen kept recommending 5 hours or to take away cleaning the basement. I just wanted 4 hours of cleaning no matter what it consisted of. I have to find a new company now as this is the second time.

This service was absolutely incredible - our landlord said a tenant has never left the apartment looking so good, and that was all thanks to heroic work of the two women who did the "move out" clean up in our large 1 bedroom apartment. I can't recommend it enough!
