Thrilled with my new Amarr 2” R19 garage door from Skillman Doors. Bill’s team did a great job. This morning was below 10 Degrees outside but inside my garage was 48 degrees!!! I couldn’t believe it. Bill was easy to work with and presenting me with all of my options. I also had him install a battery backup garage door opener so I know I can get inside the garage even when the power goes out. Highly recommend !

We have a leaning garage and after living in our house for over three years, discovered that our door completely rotted out and needed to be replaced. Bill gave us a couple options during the quote including offering to straighten the entire garage! We opted to rebuilding the framing that would support the new door. He explained everything in easy to understand terms and walked us through the process. I am thrilled with how well he designed the support beams to allow for a level new garage door. Skillman installed our garage door for the previous homeowner in our current home. I called them to come check out our door because it wasn’t closing properly. They had a team out in under 24 hours and solved the problem within 20 minutes. The sensors were misaligned and not communicating. The techs were very friendly and explained everything to me. Had some trouble contacting the company by phone one day, but I'm so glad I tried again the next day. It was a pleasure working with Bill Jr, the owner, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and ethical. Our garage door lift stopped lowering the door.
