Which is something that comes rare these days. Nice guy!!!! The rate was very fair and reasonable. I went into this process thinking I would be paying a lot of money but No, he’s fair and reasonable. Mr. Skinner came to do an 11-month new build warranty inspection for me and I'm so pleased with how thorough and attentive to detail he is! He got great images of our roof via drone, walked through every single finding with me personally before leaving to address any of my questions, and he was very warm and easy to talk to.
