Skinny-Dip Pools

We absolutely love Skinny-Dip Pools' services, the only regret we have is that we hadn't switched to them sooner. We had difficulty finding pool people who were consistent, or did a good job keeping up with our pool. Mostly due to its size and the fact we dont have an enclosure around it. We gave them a call after years of other failed services. Everything from the quote and contract terms, to the weekly visits, communication, and invoice/payment system was a breeze. It is very well organized! We got text reminders of when they were coming, approximate time, and who the service tech would be. any questions or concerns were always answered promptly and professionally. Our pool looks great anytime we feel like taking a dip! Thank you for such great service!

I am a new resident in Orchid and also new to pool ownership. I would have liked to have some time with the service person … to explain to me.. what to expect, how often. What todo and not do. The pool had not been treated or cleaned in a while. He did an excellent job cleaning it up. The cleaning apparatus was not operational , it would have been helpful if he would have alerted me to have yet another service person come fix that. Please connect with me next time.
