What an excellent experience. I was in dire need of a hard to find spacepak fan motor. The team at Skip the Warehouse promptly took my call after we had a text exchange. They thought they had one. They had a Team member physically locate the unit to ensure all was good. They hand walked it to their shipping dept to ensure it could be overnighted to me ( my system was down so this was critical ). They sent me a series of order and shipping confirmations. The unit arrived the next day. They SAVED me !!! I will absolutely do business with them again and will recommend them to my colleagues. A strong "cheers" to their Team. First time purchaser and everything was fine: the website was easy and I placed an order for 2 sets of 3 each charcoal filters. However, when I opened the well packed box there was only 2 single charcoal filters, not the 6 filters I expected. I reported the shortage and the next business day I received confirmation that the remaining 4 filters had been shipped. I am ecstaticly happy with the way Skip The Warehouse treated me, I definitely will be placing future orders as my needs arise. I also find their prices to be very competitive.

Excellent company to buy from. They keep you informed about the item you purchased, the care they take in shipping from the time it leaves them. I needed a hard to find unit, they had it and the price was very reasonable. Shipping was quick and I knew when it would arrive.
