DrugHouse aka SkyHouse aka TraptHouse.... now in 2025 Ascher South Apartments. All in all, I was ready to move out 1 month in.... PLEASE PLEASE AVOID 🙏 For easy skimming please see my (ATTENTION) for critical points. Okay, so let me be fair, before I start my rant review. Ascher has some redeeming qualities, very FEW. But they are not nearly as decent as they try to appear. Below is a number of issues worth calling to attention. Background info and transparency: I lived in the south building. I paid $1530 base rent for a 725sqft 1bed apartment on the 7th floor. Leasing, management & building: - Unresponsive and unprofessional - DMV-style rude and dismissive behavior (does not seem to be held to any kind of standard of professionalism) - (ATTENTION) Failed to disclose a 35$ PER MONTH
Driveways and parking spots are small.
