The back of our house experienced significant damage from Hurricane Helene on September 27, 2024. Our back veranda was completely destroyed and the entire roof of the house needed replacing. For over a year, we tried to find a contractor to tackle the job. They would either never show up after agreeing to meet, never get back with me, were way out of the league in terms of pricing, didn’t sound like they knew what they were doing, or were just plain shady. So we lived with the mess. The final phone call I made was to Skyland Roofing. I spoke with a young man who sounded like he knew what he was talking about, so we scheduled an appointment, and I liked him a lot. He explained everything in terms that I could understand, including the confusing insurance process. I trusted him right away

Ben and his partner Xander were such a blessing to me. I had some shingles blow off my roof after a windy storm and didn’t know what to do. My insurance company was tough to deal with but Ben and Xander helped me every step of the way and handled everything so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. They were kind, respectful, and very informative. I never felt confused or pressured. It’s hard to find honest young men like this these days. I’m very thankful for Ben and Xander and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

Cannot say enough about the positive and professional experience I had with the Skyland Roofing team. My roof suffered hail damage and they fought to ensure my insurance covered a full replacement. Their communication was perfect and they kept me aware of the progress of the project with the insurance company. When it came time to install they were on time, professional and left the yard spotless. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends.

To Whom it May Concern: Mr. Danner was the lead person for Skyland Roofing who contacted me regarding, what I thought, was a minor roof repair. However, his inspection revealed that my roof had suffered significant hail damage. My insurance company concurred. Skyland Roofing completed the work. My main point of contact was Mr. Danner.
