I end up choosing Skyline over other roofing companies after obtain different quotes in roof replacement is because Ben did not place the pressure on us and gave us enough time to think before making a decision unlike other companies who called and texted every day. Skyline’s price was not the lowest but Ben lowered the price to almost match the lowest quote we got. Communication was great, Ben always respond back to my texts and emails almost the same day. They also have a good payment policy about payment within 30 days of project is done, where other companies did not offer. This gives us reassurance and security that if something immediately happens to the roof or things missing, they will come to fix it or correct it before I complete payment. In an emergency, Ben came to our house to look at ice damage to our roof. Ben was amazing!! He looked over the roof, crawled into the attic with me and spent over 1-1/2 hours talking to us about our next steps, immediate actions, and gave us a rough quote once Winter breaks its hold on Michigan. Ben went above anything we expected and was super professional. We are taking his recommendations and will be calling him soon.

We shopped around for siding but Skyline stood out from the start. Ben cut through the bs and didn’t bore us with details of siding jargon that we weren’t going to understand and had already come prepared with the measurements of our house so he could give us a quick and accurate quote for the job (other companies will make you sign up for an account or get back to you in 5-10 business days just for a quote) They worked with our timeline and the whole house was done in 1.5 weeks, and it looks soooo good I’m obsessed! Exceptional service! If you’re trying to decide on a contractor to go with, stop looking and go with Skyline, hands down. We had a leak in our kitchen from snow melting on our roof. My husband called and they were at our house not too long after. Excellent communication, very friendly staff, knowledgeable and skilled. Feels like you’re working with a good friend, not a stranger. Highly recommend!!

Ben is an absolute treasure to work with! He is extremely personable and willing to answer all questions - Skyline worked on my parents' house as well and did an amazing job with their roof/deck. Highly recommended and easy to work with. If you want the job done right with a reliable group of people definitely go with them. I'm thankful there are still companies out there putting in good honest work as it's rare nowadays.
