The technician was thorough. He didn't just spray; he found two specific colonies in our outdoor planters and identified that some sandbags by our chimney were creating a moisture trap for pests. They treated the 'wet walls' and the foundation with professional-grade solutions. Very impressed with the level of detail in their reporting and their proactive approach.
