Should have received negative stars!!!This company did local law 11 balcony repair on my building. During this project, they damaged our roof waterproofing causing severe flooding inside the building. The condo unit owners now need to pay $850k to repair the damages due to this company’s pure negligence!!! A more appropriate name should be Skyline Destruction.

Horrible, they are doing Local law 11 restoration on our buildings. They have destroyed trees on the property. They leave debris all around and don't clean up. Our building had lush gardens on the property that the workers have destroyed. The scaffolding comes down on the bushes and the workers don't care. We have moved plants to accommodate them but they continually land on the trees, bushes. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Admin on the phone has the worst customer service. Rudely hung up on me before I had a chance to finish my name. We used to be professionals in this industry.

These guys are working on my neighbors building. I can’t imagine how it could possibly be code to throw big pieces of wood with nails sticking out of every side up onto a scaffold w a publicly open sidewalk below. Wow! Sketchy, dangerous and most likely illegal.
