Avoid at all cost: James gave us 2 last names. Boyle and Bruce. I signed 2 contracts with him and paid him over 41K in initial payments to replace a retaining wall and complete few other jobs at our business. He was on site approximately 5 days spread out over a month. He partially demolished the wall and then quit because he underbid the project. He kept the money, won’t answer the phone or texts. I have hired an attorney. This guy is not what he seems to be in person. I do believe he is a professional con man. Buyer be aware!

Fit and finish is pretty lazy. If you squint it's mint. It's been a few weeks since this was installed and I was told seams wouldn't be as noticeable down the road. There is also very noticeable gaps next to my lanai. Considering this was a 3 week long project after I was told 2 days im pretty disappointed with the end result.

When they finally started placing the travertine, it became clear that only one person had any experience, while the others seemed to be learning on the job. I called and left a vm for some work that needed to be done at my house. They quickly responded back and set up a time to come out. They were responsive and checked in when they said they were going to check. The work they did surpassed my expectations, and they put in extra effort to check in on my new landscaping with making sure it was water because I had to leave town. They were such a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend and use them again. It is so nice to have a vendor that is top-notch and you can depend on. Thank you Skyshark!!!

James is amazing at what he does, I've had the privilege of working with him in the past. He has over 20 years working in landscaping construction in Florida and it really shows through his work.
