Skyview Parking Lot

This parking lot never seems to train drivers to “pay before exiting.” It’s common to see cars stuck at the gate while drivers fumble to pay, causing serious congestion—especially on weekends and holidays. On the bright side, the rates are quite reasonable: if you spend over $40 at the Chinese supermarket, you can enjoy 3 hours of free parking. Just note that whenever there’s an event at Citi Field, the lot switches to event pricing, which is higher than usual.

Don’t park here. Got my window smashed and my work implements stolen. This happened within 40 min. The security guards were downstairs on their phone and even though I called the police they didn’t even bother looking at the cameras. Shameful establishments. 0 security.

Fairly reasonable rate. Convenient spot to shop and dine at Flushing. But you'll have to plan your trip wisely to avoid peal hour visiting, particularly exiting the garage. There's not enough self service machines to pay your parking or people simply don't know this option, so cars backlog from almost the highest level waiting for those cars stuck at the gate struggling with the payment. There are only two exits one on Roosevelt one on 40th, and the wait to exit could be extremely long.

It is cheaper than Citi field parking lot. Kiosk pay system was easy to use and quick. Took us an hour to get out of this parking lot after Blackpink concert. Not sure saving $40 was worth it.

Total rip-off! They charged me $25 for just 5 hours of parking. Customer service claimed it was a system glitch and said it'd work fine when I left, but nope - security guard hit me with some 'US Open special rate' BS when exiting. Zero warning about that crap.
