I have been in the real estate business for over 20 years. I have been using Jesus and Sky View roofing for close to 8 years. They are my "go to" roofer. They have always been extremely reliable, priced very fairly, on time, and have beat every deadline I have ever presented them. They have a fast turn around time and have always backed their services with a warranty to all my clients. It takes a lot to be on my vendor list. I highly recommend them.

Skyview roofing or Cyclone roofing own by same person Jesus Solis is one of the worse contractor I have done business with. This guy just don't care about work quality and doing what is right for his customers. I have this Jesus installed a new roof to my house about six years ago and after installation there's a small water leak during a very hard rain. Called him and let know what is going on but didn't do anything. Six years passed by and that same part of the roof is still leaking. Called him and he came by and did water test and found out there's nail that is causing the leak. He sealed the roof but not willing to check or fix the ceiling. Called multiple times and texted him but he won't pick up his phone and keep ignoring my text. Gave him plenty enough time to return my call but h

BEWARE! This company performed work on our house prior to us purchasing and come to find out, not only did they not pull a building permit, they were also not licensed to work in our city. It has been over a month since I asked them to remedy this with the city (we are being fined for not having a building permit for work) and still, no professional actions have been taken to pull a permit. Aside from these issues, our new neighbors stated they had to go around their yard and side of the house clean up nails and roof debris and we had to do the same when we moved in. We did not personally hire this company, the previous owners did and unfortunately, the lack of professionalism has made me write this review to warn future/potential customers.

Jesus and his roofing crew did a fast, professional job and cleaned up after themselves. They were also careful not to damage any plants along the sides of the building. He also obtained the necessary building permit and the roof passed the inspection from the city inspector.

Postponed 5 times. Shingles were loose, and I had to hammer them back down. Nails and trash left around the house. Attic ventilation was part of the contract, and they didn't install any intake/soffit vents, and then tried to convince me it wasn't required. Find somebody else.
