I’m writing to share my disappointing experience with the driveway installation performed by Slayton at the end of 2021. While the project started well, weather conditions caused complications during the pouring process. Plastic was placed over the last section poured, protecting it, while the other sections were left exposed to the elements. Unfortunately, this led to three discolored sections that immediately appeared inconsistent. When we expressed our concerns, Slayton applied mortar to the affected areas, and we were assured that the discoloration would blend over time, but three years and several months later, the driveway still looks uneven and the mortar that was added is breaking away in some areas.
