I purchased 3 of the square concrete water fountain bowls for my pool area. In less than 4 months, all 3 of them cracked. After multiple emails, phone calls and patience, they replaced them all. I thought...great, they stand behind their warranty. I then paid to have the first 3 removed and the replacements installed. In less than 3 months, the new ones all started cracking. I sent MULTIPLE emails and made several phone calls and nobody would respond. I am now stuck with over $4000.00 in cracked water fountains that need replaced. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

When renovating our pool earlier this year we purchased two cascading water bowls from Slick Rock. When they were installed by our pool contractor they looked beautiful. However, approximately 4 months later we noticed a hairline crack in one of the bowls that ran from one side of the bowl to the other and was allowing water to seep out. Our contractor reached out to Slick Rock and they agreed to replace it. Then, a few weeks ago we realized the inside of the other (original) bowl was peeling. Upon inspection, we could see another bubble under a painted area that was about to begin peeling as well and if you rubbed your finger tip any where near the peeling paint, more paint started to come off. Placed in the order back in June was told 5-6 weeks which lined up perfectly with our pool build. Now it’s taking 10+ weeks and that’s just an estimate. I know the product is handmade yada yada I’m just now SOL covering the added expenses outside my pool build for crew to come back. Dry very unreliable. Go elsewhere
