Last year we started out hiring SM Remodeling to replace the front stairs and putting in a bow window, Santiago and his crew were so good and fair with the costs, had them do our back stairs and replace our deck. We have him back this year putting in a bathroom and remodeling another bathroom. Didn’t even ask for another contractor’s proposal. SM Remodeling is the best contractor we have had do work on our home (33 years). Crew is hard workers and extremely dependable. Excellent work !

Santiago and his team did a great job when rebuilding our steps as part of a patio project. Prompt calls/texts, quick turnaround, and great results. He also had great relationships with our other contractors and his suppliers - really made integrating his work into the overall project smooth.

SM did a fantastic job replacing our outside back stairs. It was a special job with additional reinforcements to accommodate a chair lift. The job was done on time and on budget. The crew worked long, hard hours. I would absolutely use them again.
