The customer service agent was extremely nice on the phone and had a technician out to my house the next day. The technician was also very nice and professional. He kept me informed throughout the whole process of him checking my outside HVAC unit. He was genuinely sorry he couldn’t immediately fix the problem. Great people and great service.

Outstanding work by very professional staff. I had to fire another HVAC group who was ripping me off. Small Solution came in like a superhero and fixed everything which passed inspection. They now do maintenance twice a year!

I’m a landlord and have used Small Solutions before for a gas hot water heater that wouldn’t work due to the pilot light being out. They came out and resolved the issue and were prompt and professional and fixed it so I saved their info to my contacts. I had the same issue come up this week and I knew who to call. They came out right away and resolved the issue and even tested the furnace since it shared the same exhaust. They are kind, professional, and reasonably priced. I will call upon them again if I have an issue. I’m picky and demanding so if you’re like me please give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!
