Small's Plumbing Heating & AC

I came home one evening to a moist floor, floor drain in the utility room was backing up from the condensate line from the air conditioner. Next day Small's sent out Robert and not only did he unclog the drain, he cleaned my inside and outside coils, and when I looked later you would have never known an issue or a person was there. Thank you Small's and Robert for the professional, friendly, and fast service. Will definitely be calling these guys back.

Very unprofessional. Definitely not a small town feeling. I stood at the door 10 min prior to opening. I could see the dude sitting there and he could see me. And he did see me. So I then waited 5 min after opening but they never opened the door. No greeting or anything. So I left and went to Sunset HVAC. she nest is a little more expensive but at least they open when they are supposed to. I don’t recommend Small’s

Third company I called to fix my AC and Robert fixed it in less than 2 hours! Very polite and friendly gentleman. Dehart and Reids came out having me spend over $600 between the two of them just for it to still not work. I will be calling Small's back next time I have a problem, no question!

We bought our house in November, from a well known flipper (masquerading around as a contractor) in the area. Just a few of weeks ago found out we'd had a slow leak in our master bath that was due to a botched pipe job done by the seller. Small's came out quickly, and fixed the issue in no time. They had to replace a lot, and it was fair pricing. Haven't had any issues since.

My water heater suddenly stopped working, pilot light burnt out and would not re-ignite. Called these guys and within 15 minutes they were at my house to diagnose issue. Although the end result was I sadly needed a new water heater, these guys got immediately to work breaking down old one to drain and get out so new one could be brought in and these guys did the service all on same day water heater stopped working which was fantastic. The professionalism, hard work, customer satisfaction displayed by this business/their employees is top knotch and this company will forever have my business!
