I recommend them highly! I had a refrigerator that needed a new seal in the freezing compartment. I had bought a slightly damaged floor model. It kept icing over and we had a puddle of water on our wood floor. I had bought it rom a major retail store. They had sent their repair people out and put a new seal on the door and I had the same problem. Smart Appliance told me that the door was damaged & they could put a new seal on it but it wouldn't help. The door was the problem. I appreciated their honesty. They recommended buying a new frig and told me the features I should consider. Also had them repair my LG gas dryer that was making a grinding noise. They replaced the ball bearings. Great people to work with! Excellent service!

If you are a Property Manager like us, you need to work with Smart Appliance, they are the best appliance repair/care technicians we have worked with. They get a 10/10 on every aspect. Keep up the good job team.

My grandson emptied everything from inside the refrigerator door along with whole pecans into the washer and dryer. That’s what a five year old can do in just ten minutes. If it’s quiet….. something’s wrong. Iliana and Luis are reliable, fast, friendly, and reasonable. Luis inspires understanding and relief in moments of stress and worry. I cleaned up before he arrived and he had everything sorted within 40 minutes after thorough diagnostics and repair. I will always call them first. Thank you both for being amazing!

Sam arrived a bit ahead of time (great!), was knowledgeable & fixed my ailing dishwasher for a very fair price—highly recommend!

The website said call or text them. So I texted them. Waited 2 hours and then called. I was sent immediately to voicemail and it said for a faster response, text them. It's been almost 2 days and nothing. I called a different company and that company came and looked at my dishwasher within 3 hours of calling
