Smart Bath

My husband & I recently decided to update our bathroom. We saw Smart Bath advertised in the Lasalle Post and decided to call. We were very happy that we did. Within a day, Vern and Gloria came out to our house, sat down with us and listened to our wants and needs. They came up quickly with a design that we really liked. They were very professional and knowledgeable. All the products were high quality. We were very impressed with their proficiency. Paul and Dave were very professional and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having them working in our house. Plus they were great with our dog (which we really appreciated). Stephanie in the office kept us informed of materials being delivered . They were a great team to work with. We would recommend Smart Bath to anyone wanting

Dishonest company, poor craftsmanship, thieves. PSA: Buyer beware in Windsor Ontario - if you’re thinking of doing a bathroom renovation, stay away from the company called “Smart Bath / Tub Doctor”. This is what they call finished work after charging my mom $10,000 for a renovation. I spoke with the owner Gloria Snowsell who said she would come back and finish the work, but instead has blocked me and will not return to fix their shotty work. The following are pictures of their “completed” work (this Monduy August 19th) Tell me, does this look like a finished $10,000 job to you?

I would like to edit my review to give them a -5 stars. We recently called them to have a repair done (that was there mess up in the first place) to not only NOT get a phone call back, when we did get a hold of them (a month later) we were told that no one would be coming by to repair anything for us - ever. Because, they didn't like the truthful review that i placed on there google page - to warn other people to not use there services (for this exact reason). They were rude to my boyfriend on the phone and basically told him "too bad, so sad", and we get screwed that they did a horrible job and won't fix it because I left a truthful review on there google to warn other customers. So now we are left with cracking grout, gaps in our tile and a chipped tub. We got this done last September -

Witnessed the poor work ethic as a barroom that should’ve taken a week took 7 and they changed the start date a few time so a 5 week late start is unacceptable! To inconvenience a couple and disrupt lives as a bathroom is a pretty big necessity! Having to change a baby shower at the last minute was a complete lack of professionalism on the part of this company. A pregnant woman being inconvenienced during what is supposed to be a special time absolutely unacceptable and inconsiderate! Then to be hounded for final payment while having a baby, just plain lack of decency. Didn’t like the honest review so a letter is sent again harassing!
