In 2022, Smart Builders Group helped us get our roof approved through insurance and did an amazing replacement job. They also offer an excellent 10-year warranty, which gave us real peace of mind. Recently, I thought our roof might be leaking, so I called Isaak. He arrived promptly after the first call and performed a very thorough inspection. He confirmed that the roof itself is in exceptional condition. Instead, he discovered that the issue was caused by improperly installed recessed lights, which led to condensation buildup in the attic during the recent cold snap. Isaak went above and beyond — he even went to Home Depot to get the supplies needed to properly seal the recessed can lights. He took the time to explain how common this issue is and made sure everything was handled correct
