I recently installed Matte tile floors on the ground floor of my home but was not completely satisfied with the look. I knew it wasn't supposed to be shiny, but my tiles just constantly looked dirty. I hired Smart Carpet and Tiles to clean and polish my floors and I must say, the job looks great! Moshe is very kind and professional. He also advised me on how to take care of my tiles. The whole process was hassle-free, and he was incredibly respectful of my home, leaving everything spotless. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to restore their floors.

I posted a review earlier this year about what a great job this company did cleaning my grout and tile; however, a day after they left I realized there was significant damage to all of the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. The chemical used to clean left irreparable splash spots along the bottom of all appliances. The company was initially responsive and tried to buff out and clean the spots, but was unsuccessful. They stopped answering my calls and returning my texts, after I asked for a refund or their solution to replacing all damaged appliances (fridge, oven, 2 beverage fridges). I know this damage wasn't intentional, but my kitchen was left with a lot of monetary damage because of this company's work. I felt it was important to come here and leave this review to warn othe
