It had been years since my HVAC units had been serviced and I knew I needed to get it done, so I looked for reliable HVAC companies in my area. Vu was prompt, communicative and explained things really well, very professional, tech savvy, and his prices were very reasonable. I am not easy to impress and he really impressed me. He did an inspection, replaced our filter, did all repairs the same day, and we also signed up for his yearly maintenance service. I know I'm in good hands now. 7/2022 Vu is my go-to guy for all my HVAC needs. He looked at a unit at my old house and found the issue immediately. He documented everything with videos and pictures. He was extremely communicative and also was able to provide a solution which he implemented while he was there. I appreciate this level of professionalism and will gladly recommend anyone to call Vu for their HVAC needs. 8/28/24 Update. Called Vu to check a 10 year old unit at my parents house. There was a leak and he concluded that the repair would be costly and recommended an install of a new unit at my parents house since this particular unit was at the end of it's life.
