I needed a lot of work done and quickly. I was referred to Pete by my realtor and gave him a call. He got to my house the next day and assessed the situation and gave me a very reasonable quote on that same day. I gave him the green light and he started work right away. We had 2 weeks to get the work done and passed and while he was looking around he noticed some other things that should be done as well. He replaced everything that needed replacing, passed the inspection and kept in constant contact keeping me updated on issues and progress.
