Cant say enough good things about Smart Home Maintenance LLC. Hired them to help deep clean and seal the wood on our decks and sidewalks. They were a hot mess and gray. The first pic is what all of the wood looked like prior to starting. The later 3 is how the woods looked after Henry power washed and helped seal the wood. Drastic difference. In addition to the great outcome working with Henry was awesome. He was always here exactly when he said he would be. He was always perky and upbeat. He works quickly yet is very meticulous. I will for sure use Smart Home Maintenance LLC for future projects!

Husband and wife and crew did an excellent job all three times that they came. They cleaned and sanitized my shed which had been infested by rats. Afterwards organized my things that stayed in the shed and then organized and cleaned my house. They worked very hard and efficiently. Another two times Henry, his wife, and another crew member raked up my leaves and cleaned and organized my house. Henry’s wife also cooked a lot of food for me and did an amazing job cleaning my house. Very pleased and professionally done. I am a messy person and really appreciated what they did
