Beware! Unless you want to pay exorbitant prices and be treated rudely by the call staff, steer clear of this outfit. When I called to complain about the price, I was told the owner would call me back. That never happened. I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this company certainly warrants it. BEWARE of bait and switch tactics! I called Smart Locksmith and made an appointment to have a locksmith come to my house and install a deadbolt (to include drilling a hole in the door) and to have a lock rekeyed to match other locks. I was quoted $85 as an estimate for the installation of the deadbolt. When the locksmith came to my house he told me the deadbolt install would be $275! I called the office and asked them what happened and I was told the person I spoke with yesterday, Michelle, only gave me an estimate. I had a simple wood door and required nothing special so I didn’t understand how the estimate got to a price that was more than 3 times higher than what was quoted! Today, Nicky in the office told me what I was given yesterday was an estimate and if the locksmith on site

Roy just completed a job at my house replacing the three door locks. He did an outstanding and professional job. First he arrived on time. Second the pricing was a very reasonable and very competitive with others. He made sure that the alignment on the doors are aligned properly. I have some other job to do and I will certainly use him in the future. I would recommend Roy.

Highly recommend this company. We lost the keys to our Van. Roy understood our urgency, arrived on time and created keys for the door lock and ignition at the price quoted over the phone. They both worked perfectly. Excellent service!!!
