I had a water heater guy earlier that day because I had no hot water and it was under warranty. It wasn't the water heater but a frozen water pipe (real small area).He showed me the area but didn't have a propane heater. I called Smart Plumbing. I told her the situation and it was the most a 30 minute job, so Randy ( The owner) sent two plumbers. I showed the plumber the area and defrosted in two minutes. He then insulted the area which was frozen and the second plumber only watched. They were there for twenty minutes. I got the bill and it was for $202. I called Randy about the situation and he was very rude and unprofessional and told me he will send out as many plumbers he feels like to and charge you for each plumber. He won't be reasoned with. Great communication with no ghosting us, so i asked them to put a couple of concrete septic tanks into a bedrock slot that they had to open up. Terrible, onerous job for sure, so I made a special trip to the office and handed them full payment that day.

Great communication with Randy. Offered great price on water heater replacement. Worked around my schedule. Guys who installed were very professional and did a great job. Will definitely do business with again. Thanks!

I was in the market for a new furnace and hot water heater. The owner arrived took notes and said he would get back to me with an estimate. No estimate was ever given. Multiple phone calls and email messages were never returned. Will never use this company again for anything.
