From replacing all our historic windows to upgrading lighting to roof and gutter work, John employs the best subcontractors and supervises each job from design to permitting to completion. His team leaves your home in perfect condition. The treasure of the team is Halley, for whom no job is too small to coordinate or too big a mountain to climb to complete. She does everything with a smile and magically makes problems disappear. Smart Renovations is a Charleston treasure.

This was an impressive experience from start to finish: Zac, the project manager, appeared when he said he would. The estimate was reasonable and the work has come in very close to that number (in a good way). The work was performed correctly and without drama----almost unique in dealing with contractors, in my experience. I am happily recommending Smart to friends and neighbors. In addition, the office staff was terrific about returning calls, and has been wonderfully professional in the way billing is handled.

The company fixed leaks and water damage from a hurricane. The workers were AMAZING! Polite, clean, efficient! And the tab came in below the estimate. Great work!
