Beware Hidden/Unauthorized Fees!! I had them come down to perform diagnostic service only, which I was told was $69, on my washing machine which had been showing an error code. When the technician came (Zac I think his name was) we turned the machine on and it actually got through a cycle with no error code. I left him alone with the machine a few minutes and when I came back the machine was still working fine. Afterwards I was billed for $141 and when I asked why they said because Zac did some work. What work? He said he turned the screw on one of the legs one turn and was charging me $70 for labor. I never authorized him to perform additional "work", especially at that price! Management was belligerent and unsympathetic to this overcharge. The technician then called me to 'explain' the
