EDIT (UPDATE) 08/17/25: I believe I was one of Drew’s very early customers, living just 5 minutes from his office. At the start, he told me he’d take care of a small issue with my system. Even after mentioning he doesn’t usually do residential anymore, he said he would help us and gave us hope, but after repeated texts and calls, I have not received a response. A very disappointing way to treat the loyal early customers who helped support his business from the start. I have elderly family members who rely on clean, fresh water. (OLD 5 Years Back) My RO water system was tasting metallic even after I replaced filters. I was concerned and called smart water and Drew came within the hour to my house to fix the issue. In addition to just being a nice guy, he was responsive, meticulous, and professional. When I call his business, he always answers the phone and there is never the need for a.call back . The job was done on time and to exacting standards. In a world filled with mediocrity, it’s nice to know guys like this are still around.
