SmartRoof - Roofing and Solar

We are only giving them 2 stars because the roof is new and the color they helped me pick out is nice. Unfortunately once we were completed with our job, and paid them in full, their honesty and respect for a customer goes out the window. Beware of this company because we found some issues out after the fact and they basically told us to take a hike and it's not their problem anymore. Spending over $50k for new roof and solar re attachment , you would think there would still be a level of respect for a concern. Disappointing to say the very least but I guess in this world of contractors at the plenty - we Should have done more research. Attaching photos for the Damage to our PVC fence from falling roof material - they refused to fix it but this is clearly from the roof- same color that is

Best roofing solution in South Florida. Wayne, the initial sales contact is the most courteous, thorough and friendly representative any company could have. Smart roof has a gem with him. I hope he's appreciated with the top brass. But the great service doesn't end there. The field manager cares as much about your home as you do. And, he goes above and beyond to make sure the jobs done right and that you're totally satisfied. I won't go into details in case it gets him in trouble, but he did some extra work that I should have been charged for, and, without me asking. I was amazed at the quality workmanship his team of workers provided. It was incredible how fast they got the job done. He has a huge crew that's been together for more than a decade and they finished the job in 2 days. TWO DA

I couldn't say enough about Smartroof and it's office and field staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the end product. The timeliness and the professionalism and the quality is outstanding. As is, this staff just to name a few, Jackson. Ethan, Paul, Frank, and Christie, Thank you all.
