From initial contact until final cleanup following job completion, SmartRoof has been one of the best home contractor experiences for me to date (And I have had some terrible ones!). They were thorough in their explanation of the whole process and took the time to really walk us through the insurance claim process, the scheduling, shingle and flashing selection, and work completion phases. Our 14 year-old roof took hail damage from a storm in 2023, so we were able to have it covered, minus our deductible. Smartroof installed Tamko Titan XT shingles to replace our original contractor grade shingles. Special shout out to David and Connor who were very professional and friendly. Mr. Quigley helped us tremendously while navigating a sub-par insurance response to a roof claim. He and his team remained diligent during the process to ensure full and appropriate coverage despite our insurance company trying to shut down the claim at every step of the way. Once we finally got approved Mr. Clarks team came by and got the entire roof done in a day. Hanteam remained professional and courteous. Wonderful experience.

We enjoyed working with David, Jacob M. and Connor from SmartRoof for the replacement of our roof, gutters and downspouts. They led us through the entire somewhat complicated process without a hitch.
