They coordinated with our contractor too, which made the whole process easier. No leaks, no issues, just clean work that let us finish the project on schedule.

Smiley Drain fixed a leaky pipe under my bathroom sink that I kept putting off. The guy who came out found the issue pretty fast, explained what he was going to do before he did it, and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. I've had other plumbing companies tack things on at the end, so that stood out to me. He also wiped everything down before leaving, which I didn't expect but appreciated. Will use them again.

It’s not often you come across a service that’s professional yet takes the time to do things right, but this team definitely fit the bill. When our old garbage disposal finally stopped working, we reached out for a replacement. The technician managed everything, from removing the old unit to installing the new one and tested it thoroughly to ensure there were no leaks. On top of that, he took the old disposal with him, which was a huge help since we didn’t have to deal with disposing of it ourselves.

I needed my main line jetted. The pros- The tech, Saverio, was knowledgable and knew what he was doing. He was personable and easy to have here. I will also say the service was prompt- and with Christmas days away I appreciated that. The cons- cost is on the extreme high end of the service. I ended paying 1600.00. Initially we were quoted 900 for the work, and at the end of the hour was told there was add on cost because the tech didn't complete the job in the hour. Was also told he needed another head to complete the job. Just seems to me that this isn't an 800.00 per hour a job. I am in the wrong line of work if so. At that math it would > 1.5M annually to jet main lines. Also would have been nice for greater transparency at the start, that there could/ would be add on cost
