I met with Max at their office, who was very knowledgeable and helped me select a new Smart Lock. I made an installation appointment and Doughlas arrived in time with the new lock. He had to cut into the metal door and in no time had it installed. Then Douglas was super helpful in going through each function (and there were many) and programmed it with my password and codes. I highly recommend them!

Called Smiley locksmith to replace a key and keypad lock recently. Douglas is the name of the technician sent to do the job. I truly thought we would be there for a while in order to get the job done properly. Douglas went ahead and explained everything to me as he was working. He completed the job in less than half of the time I thought that he would and explained everything to me ,gave me an affordable price to match the service . Douglas had me back on the road within an hour if you need a locksmith this company and their Technicians are your guys. Great Job!

Smiley Locksmith on Commercial Blvd in Oakland Park is wonderful. The store is clean and has so many different products to choose from. But most important is their customer service, which is exceptional. Max the owner is an absolute gem. He is so professional and helpful. The staff (Douglas, Jessy and Jones) are super friendly, polite and professional. I had to have locks changed throughout my HOA community and they really went above and beyond to help me. They came to the community on multiple occasions to assist with installing new locks, making new keys, and helped me address all the issues in an extremely timely manner. This is what customer service used to be like back in the good old days. It is so refreshing to find it still exists. Thank you Max and team for all your assistance.
