Hunter called me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced himself and then got to work. Hunter was well mannered and polite. He got the job done quickly, then he explained what he had done and what he checked. I was very satisfied with his work. I have been dealing with Smith Air Conditioning for the past 8 years and I have always been satisfied with their service and their professional technicians.

Heating went out and a/c had been broke for a while. Justin came out and identified several issues and we decided to replace it all. Justin was VERY thorough and professional and gave us piece of mind that we got the right company. In less than a week Dallas, Doug and Terrell came out and installed everything in a day. They were also very friendly and professional AND they cleaned up after themselves! They made sure all parts of the system were clean, functional and when needed, replaced at no extra charge. They go the extra mile and explain everything. We were VERY impressed and HIGHLY recommend Smith A/C. I'd give them 100 stars if I could!
