Smith & Son’s roofing is by far one of the best companies to work with! We purchased a home late in 2022, and have worked with multiple contractors as we’ve been updating systems that needed replacing, and by far Smith & Son’s has been the best to work with! They came out and gave us a quote for a full roof replacement incredibly quickly, and helped us out tremendously with getting a full replacement! While we got on their schedule for a full replacement, they also patched all the spots we were concerned about for potential leaking to make sure there were no damages to our home! They worked very efficiently, and had our roof completely removed and repaired within an hour! How amazing is that! The crew worked very hard for an entire day to remove large bushes, grind the stumps and remove a large part of a tree hanging over my house. The cleanup was thorough and the price was great. I am very happy with the results and plan to use this company for projects in the future.

I recently used Smith and Sons services for a new roof and gutters. At first, the roof was nice I had no complaints. Until the gutters were put on a couple of weeks after. As seen in the photos some of the roof screws are becoming loose which is causing the roofing to lose its integrity. The front gutter was so low the storm door hit it causing a small amount of damage due to a bent hanger that was used. They notched the roof trim pieces to fit the gutters as shown in the photos. Which as can be seen in the photos there was no need for. And now looks completely unprofessional. I called the owner after I saw the results and was told they would be here to look at it, never showed. He has stood me up twice. It has now been 4 weeks and still has not shown up. I had to hire another company to c
