I called Mr. Smith out to work on my unit as I had no heat, he responded in a timely manner showed up on time as was extremely pleasant to work with. I had to call him again as the thermostat also stopped working a few days later and he was able to do the repair the same day I called him. Excellent Service and price comparable

Called to have them look at heat pump because of a $500 utility bill. They arrived at my house in less than 30 minutes. They were very professional and didn't try to sell me anything (that's new). Turns out nothing was wrong - Honesty refreshing. Strongly recommend them to anyone needing service.

Nothing but entirely positive statements here from beginning to end. Russ squeezed me in to make a diagnosis of a fault, ordered the part I needed immediately, and installed it as soon as he received the part. Both visits to my house took less than 15 minutes to accomplish and I have a HVAC system that is working wonderfully. Thanks Russ!!
