I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to share how great Smith Environmental Solutions. From the first phone call, Michael was patient and genuinely listened to my concerns. We had a sudden issue with spider and an ant problem  on the outside, inside of home as well as our garage. Michael who came out quickly was incredibly respectful not only of our home, but of our time. He explained everything clearly, walked me through the process, and made sure I agreed with the treatment plan. You could tell he really cared about helping people, not just getting the job done. I highly recommend Smith Environmental! To say I have a zero tolerance for bugs is an understatement, particularly roaches!! Mike (owner) will laugh and shake his head yes, when he reads that. Mike has been keeping our homes pest free since he started Smith Environmental. When we moved into a newly built home last year that had an ants, spiders and other crawlers, I immediately contacted Mike. He responded back to me in less then an hour and treated inside and outside of the house the next day. He took care of the problem! We continue to use Smith Environmental for prevention. Mike is knowledgeable, reliable, courteous, personable, humble and takes pride in his business. The products he uses work and are safe! I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I contacted Mike Smith of Smith Environmental regarding a rodent issue. Mike referred me to his associate Thomas DiMatteo of Treasure Coast Trapping. Thomas was able to come the next day and arrived at the agreed upon time. He listened to our concerns and did a thorough inspection of the home. He was able to identify possible access points where the rodents were entering and he then sealed them off. He said that he would contact us after the service to see how things were faring and he did so a week later. He also sent an email with the photos that he had taken during his inspection. His price was very reasonable for the service performed. I truly appreciated Mike referring us to Thomas. Due to this, we are definitely planning on using Mike for all future pest control needs at our home. B
