Smith Exteriors is a solid 5 stars. First he gave me a great price on installing MilGard windows but topped it off with a perfect install. Lots of communication so I knew when the windows arrived and when installation was scheduled. The windows are fantastic and the install was perfection. I highly recommend Smith Exteriors. We had some damaged siding replaced on a rental home with a detached garage building and both structures painted. From estimate through completion communication was exceptional, crews showed up on time, worked quickly and did a meticulous job prep through clean up and completion. Were respectful of the property and tenants. The work was flawless and they never tried to upsell me on more work or product than needed as another company did. Highly recommend this small, local, professional, pleasant, reliable and hardworking team for quality results. The house and garage look fantastic! Money well spent. Smith Exteriors did a great job replacing cedar siding with synthetic wood-look material. I live in a two-unit townhouse where our wooden siding was damaged. We initially planned to repair and re-stain the siding, but after doing some research into Woodtone synthetic siding, we decided to think long-term and go for the material that wouldn’t need staining for 20 years. Jay was great: he brought over samples of the material, gave us a good quote, and kept us posted about timelines. We had some delays in the materials getting delivered, but after 1.5 days of work on site, our homes look great. Thanks so much!
