Smith Global replaced our roof, a large job, and knocked it out in two days flat. I’m so impressed. They did everything that you would hope for when hiring a contractor—great and speedy work, everything left neat and clean, and very reasonably priced. I can’t wait to get them on my next project as they have all the construction skills covered!!!

Smith Global, LLC (Kyle Smith) did a fantastic job on the replacement installation of our new roof. Communication through the entire process was very professional and outlined step-by-step. When the insurance company completed their estimate, Kyle went to work examining each line item to make sure that everything was accounted for so we could get the claim payment funds sufficient to cover the cost. His knowledge and experience about the estimate and negotiation process is unmatched. The crew did everything expected and more, from protecting our gutters to doing an impressive job on the clean up afterwards. They also worked long hours to beat the incoming rainstorm. I had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated condo, which offered all the comforts of home, a well-equipped kitchen, and extremely comfortable beds. The condo epitomizes the laid-back atmosphere of Natchitoches, and the owners are exceptionally warm and gracious hosts. I am eager to return during the holiday season when the area is magically illuminated, and the condo's location provides a perfect distance from downtown for a leisurely walk.

Smith Global (Kyle Smith) did an excellent job replacing my roof after Tornado damage. Every detail was covered and replaced like nothing happened. He also made sure I received a fair an bc accurate appraisal of damages by my insurance company. Would definitely recommend.

I spoke to Kyle in regards to coming to my house. He said he would be there within the next two weeks. Not only did he not come, he never responded to my calls/texts to see what the issue was. I didn’t speak to him again after the first call. I find this unprofessional. If you are not going to help someone, you should at least have respect enough to return their calls and tell them.
