Smith Heating and Air

Today was the fourth experience(1 new heat pump install, 2 gas furnace trouble shoot & 1 heat pump trouble shoot) I have had with Smith. The company is fantastic!! reasonable prices, professional service, very knowledgeable techs. I would recommend these guys over any other heating contractor in the NRV hands down

There are times like this when I feel I must comment on my experience. Smith Heating & Air installed a heat pump for us recently in about 1 1/2 days. What I want to comment on are the workers themselves. The workers in my home were the most polite, the most respectful, and the most accommodating I've dealt with in a very long time. These workers varied in age, but did not vary in the way they handled themselves. They addressed me at ma'am (they didn't have to do that :). I never heard a curse word come out of their mouths. (There were 4-5 men here at one time.) They treated me with the utmost respect at all times. They wiped their feet when coming into my home. They were going to sweep my floor before leaving for the day. Just when you think respect and basic manners have completely left o

Just had a couple guys come work on heat pump an they were AWESOME. It's truly a joy to know there are still people with integrity on this planet. Very respectful, polite an genuine. If you need work done I HIGHLY recommend calling this business. Thanks again

Tried calling for days no one answers the phone look up their address it take you to floor lion in floyd so between not being able to find their business and not being able to actually talk to anyone makes me feel like this company just isn't their yet it terms of being what they clame if you need someone you'll wast your time here move on to someone else
