Excellence is a word that defines Joe and his small business. From budgeting, planning, designing, permits to execution, Joe knows it all. It was a complete pleasure designing our completely blank backyard with Smith Landscape Solutions. After interviewing many experts including large brands, we were referred to Joe by one of our friends and we couldn't thank them enough. Joe and his crew are both extremely professional and detail-oriented. They take great pride in what they do and it surely reflects. When Joe says his business runs on referral, he truly means it all. If you are looking for someone to design your patio/deck from hardscaping to landscaping, look no further !!!

Unfortunately at this time I can't even give Joe and Smith Landscaping 1 star but in order to post this I had to give him one. Joe has done work for me for about 5 years and I have paid him tens of thousands of dollars for that work which up until now was very good. In the past I recommended Joe to others and he brought prospective customers to my house to see the patio, fire pit, fountain and things that he had done. Recently he was was hired to do a few small things including washing and sealing the patio and other pavers and mulching the shrubs. Unfortunately after he was paid, it became obvious the pavers were not sealed and that his team got the black from the mulch on the house siding. After discussing with these issues with Joe he assured me he would address them since early July. I

Smith replaced my old deck with new wood and pavers. Work was completed on-time and at quoted price. I was very pleased with the results!

Quoted price was competitive and project quality is ok. But there is no after-sales service, not even answering emails, txts and calls. Not recommended for sure.
