I don’t think this company’s drivers have any regard for other vehicles on the road. I was cutoff at 950am this morning in Wilmington on concord street. The truck blantantly took a left onto concord street knowing I was approaching.

Always responsive and they truly care about the customer. We lost heat overnight and Smith Oil was over first thing in the morning with the replacement part already on the truck and had us back up and running in no time. Excellent local service

This company is great. The drivers do a good job, and they're backed by a solid admin team. Our company has used their service for our two trucks. I can't think about how their service could improve. Would recommend them to others. Thanks Smith oil

6pm on a Tuesday in November I have no heat. I call Smith Oil for help, they call me within 5 minutes, at my home within 30 minutes; have all the replacement parts in the truck, back up and running in 30 minutes. Amazing! Thank you Scott and Smith Oil.

Was on this companies auto delivery service and they delivered right before a bad cold snap. Won't be changing companies any time soon.
