Our septic was so full. We needed it dumped asap. All the other companies told up 2 weeks or longer. Smith septic service was at our house in less than an hour. Not only did they pump the septic, but also help us make sure our drainfill was good and the pipes to the house was good. (we were haveing back up issues when flushing the toilets). We will never use anyone but Smith again! That is true, honest small town customer service. Thank you so much for everything!!

Excellent service. These folks deserve their high ratings. Javi called ahead just as I had asked. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The lady who answered the phone was great as well and made sure to pass on my message to call before coming out. After four years of use my septic tank was working but ready to be pumped out. Now I have one less potential disaster in my life.

Smith replaced our drain field a few years ago. Had our tanks drained today and as before, they did a great job at a great price. Kyle came this morning and did his thing professionally and efficiently. If you need septic service, call these folks. They're the best!
