I had mice in my attic that ate my duct work up to the point it had to be replaced. The company that has been servicing my system for better then 15 yrs now really disappointed me with some crazy quote it was so bad I asked if he was drinking when he wrote it. Anyways I called Smith Services Mike came out the same day gave me a price and had his crew here the next morning. Everyone was professional polite answered any questions I had. The day after the job was completed I received a call just checking to make sure I was happy and everything went smoothly. As during the job a gentleman name Ron swung by checking on the job and also mike. I could not be happier with my choice. Thank you guys for all your help you were truly a life saver

We have been with smith services for 20 years. Yesterday, we had a new system installed and John the lead installer was the best ever! He was informative, work area was immaculate and educational. I would rate John and Smith Services a 10 plus!

Technicians were on time - they are fast, efficient and cleaned up when done. Gave me a detailed description of work that was done and backed up with photos.

Smith Services were professional and courteous. When our AC failed they came out on a Friday night to get us through until we could get a new system. Within a few days they installed the new air conditioner. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
