Smith & Sons Plumbing

I had a really great experience with Smith and Son plumbing! when they came out to fix a leak in my yard. They showed up on time, were easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what was going on before getting started, which I really appreciated. The repair was handled quickly and professionally, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others!

We've had Smith & Sons out a few times, and the initial repairs have been prompt and a decent price, but all the repairs seem to have recurring issues. Toilets with wax rings that fail just a month after warranty. Our latest repair from August 2025 for Quarter Angle turns failed and once again they were ready to charge as we were out of warranty. We contracted a plumber today to take a look at the repair and he reported they had used the original compression fitting, replacing only the valve component. In the process they had cracked the compression nut and it was slowly weeping behind the valve. We did not notice as we hardly use that bathroom. The warranties are too short with S&S, and the onus is put on the homeowner to make sure the work is done right. This seems like a clear def

This afternoon, Patrick and Isaiah of Smith & Sons Plumbing came over to replace the hose bib on the side of the house. They were very personable and extremely professional. They took the time to explain answers to my questions, including showing me the shut off valves on the water meter and the Pressure Reducing Valve (I didn't even know the PRV had a shut off valve!). Patrick also allowed me to choose which handle I wanted for the hose bib. It was a small gesture, but it was important to me, and I'm grateful for his attention to that. They did a great job, and they were lovely gentlemen.

Quality Work!!! I can’t express how grateful I am for Smith & Sons. I have used them on several occasions and their work and pricing is always fair and consistent. The Owner was very attentive to my needs and answered any questions that I had without giving me the impression that I was bothering him. Do yourself a favor when you have any plumbing needs and get it done right the first time Smith and Sons!
