We could not be more pleased with our entire experience with SmithCo. We chose them to replace our front windows, enclose our covered deck, and add a new exterior deck with stairway. The new front windows look great - I was amazed how quickly Todd and his crew had the old ones out and the new ones in, so that the house was not open for long at all. The deck turned out better than we ever imagined. It is very well-constructed and a great addition to our home. Mr. Smith was very helpful from the start, and Todd just seemed to know exactly what we wanted in a deck. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that does great work in a timely manner, and cleans up everything after the work is finished. The new enclosed deck is now a great sun room we can enjoy year-round. We won't hesitate

All in all pretty good experience. Everyone who came out to work was a subcontractor. Some went great some not so great. We had windows, some siding, concrete staining and all new gutters with leaf guards installed.So we got a to experience several things and people. If you would ask me if a recommend them I would say yes but pay attention to details.its your home.

We saw SmithCo Exteriors signs in the neighborhood and around town and called for an estimate. We decided to use SmithCo Exteriors to replace all our windows and the two storm doors based on the quality and price of both. The windows and doors are a huge upgrade for our home and look very good. We've had many compliments from friends and neighbors who knew what our old windows and doors looked like before. Everything went great and we had a positive experience. Mr. Smith (the owner) gave us the bid and went over several window styles (because we needed windows that would look good in an older cape cod style home) and options for pricing and saving money. When it came time for installation, the guys who installed our windows were professional and did an excellent job. They were on the job

We were adding some stone to the front of our house and needed some siding work done. Not only did SmithCo do an excellent job on the siding, but Mr. Smith, the owner, even recommended the guy that we used for the stone work. I feel that they went above and beyond. The work was done very quickly despite the bad weather and rain that was happening at the time. The quality of the work is just gorgeous! Thank you SmithCo Exteriors for making my house beautiful again!

I hired Scott to put replacement windows in my house. He spent time with me describing the different windows available, allowing me to make a decision based on my needs. He measured all openings twice and confirmed the order with me. Scott also followed up with me a few times to make me comfortable with the timeline. The window installation went very smooth and his employees were nothing short of professional. Needless to say, the windows are beautiful and it became very noticeable that the 50 year old windows needed replacement. This was confirmed when I saw a 20% reduction in my power bill. I feel completely confident referring SmithCo and Scott for any work that you need a contractor for and that he provides. First class products, first class service, at very competitive prices.
